Job Description

Responsibilities:

Working with all BU to find out the critical role and do the talent mapping across organization to identify the talent and critical successor.
Manage and lead Talent Acquisition team to ensure talent feeding to organization Improve & develop the recruitment process, policy and delivery recruitment tools to improve Talent Acquisition's performance
Focus on Employer Branding of Pandora Production Plant in Thailand and lead the recruitment marketing strategy, execute the communication tactics to prospects.
Manage the staffing data operation since onboard, transfer, promotion till off-board with accuracy and on-time delivery to internal clients

Requirements

Qualifications:
Thai national with a Bachelor's Degree or above in a related field.
At least 7 years of experience in talent acquisition functions.
Preferably experience in multinational companies with strong team and stakeholder management skill.
Solid knowledge of recruitment and organization development roles.
Good command of English.
