Sales Executive – Outlets

Generate revenue from the assigned area with bespoke service, locate the new client, developing sales strategies, and able to reach target.

Job Description:

•Motivate, lead, and support to achieve and exceed assigned quotas, driving high performance and rapid growth with outlet owners and internal stakeholders.

•Develop strategies and processes to ensure continuous prospecting activities and pipeline development are sufficient to support the achievement of sales revenue goals.

•Accurately forecast business and sales pipeline for the assigned area.

•Executive relationships: Build and maintain executive and key stakeholder relationships to build trust and close deals.

•Negotiations on contract terms and conditions to effectively close deals.

•Develop and execute country sales expansion strategy.

•Ensure positive and thorough communication between the branch team and other key internal stakeholders.

•Lead solution-focused customer presentations, including coordinating the involvement of all necessary internal team members.

•Review Sales performance, training product, and direct support to our dealer or partnership to meet Sales and exceed targets

•Provide feedback and recommendation to further improve retail business operations

Requirements

Minimum Bachelor Degree
Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or customer service in the logistics or retail industry is a must
Good understanding of the eCommerce industry
Excellent communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Have own's car and able to travel upcountry
Good MS Office skills
Able to communicate in English
