Job description

Job Responsibilities:

Conducting and implementing the organizational design, formulating HR strategy and people transformation initiatives based on the company’s business direction; needs of growth, functional unit and operating.
Leading the design, development and implementation of programs, policies and strategies tailored to meet OD needs and program goals, measuring the achievement of established goals.
Implementing succession plans and talent development through training and development activities.
Overseeing and ensuring the overall development results and the use of people capability by manage the implementation of Learning & Development interventions that aligned with company’s business direction.
Partnering with business leader to support growing future leaders through Learning & Development roadmap.

Requirements

Bachelor’s and master’s degree in any related fields.
Minimum 10 years’ experience in human resources extensively focus on organizational development, of which 5 years’ experience in management level.
Knowledge of human resources development, organizational development, design and implementation of progressive HR strategies/ systems/ procedures.
Possess strong facilitation and presentation, ability to develop both of learning systems and employee development programs, and IT skills
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in the fast-moving environment.
Management, leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
Passion in organizational and people transformation.
Creative and initiation.
Ability to work effectively in a diverse team environment, Goal – Oriented, Unity, Learning, Flexibility.
Fluent in English both of written and verbal and good computer literacy.
