Job description

1) Work with business units / sales managers in developing and strengthening dealer network.
2) Analyse competitive marketplace and industry trends to develop business strategies for dealers/partners, to achieve company goals.
3) Work with business team to identify new dealers/ partners and to retain success of existing ones.
4) Obtain customers/dealers feedback and suggest appropriate product features/ specifications, to fulfil customer/ partner requirements.
5) Address dealer/partner issues and concerns in a timely fashion to ensure dealer/partner satisfaction.
6) Coordinate/ Organize regular meetings to review dealer activities / performances, provide weekly/monthly reports and other reports as required by management.
7) Conduct product and sales trainings to dealer's sales team.
8) Assist in new product launch and other marketing activities with dealers /partners. Provide support for marketing campaigns, exhibitions/ tradeshows and other promotional activities.
9) Manage dealer performance oversight & reports necessary for dealer performance tracking.
Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, business flow, sales process and market dynamic.


1) Degree in Science, Biology, Microbiology and other relevant.
2) 3 to 4 years working experience
3) Extensive product knowledge in lab and scientific equipment is added advantage
4) Highly self-motivated, positive attitude and discipline in executive product marketing strategies and plans
5) Possess customer service mind set and perseverance, diligent in creating excellent customer experiences.
6) Possess extensive dealer/partner network and relationship within government and private sectors.
