Take care of operation and strategies of HR
Lead the HR team to design and implement high-quality systems and processes in the areas of Recruitment and on boarding, Performance Management, Talent Management, Employee Relations, Learning and Development, Rewards and Culture.
Developing and implementing HR processes, procedures and best practices
Create the HR organization structure and staff it with the requisite roles and capabilities to deliver on the HR strategy and programs; guide and coach the team to deliver high-quality solutions and services.
Integrate all HR systems, policies and practices to drive a consistent high-quality employee experience across the company.
Design and implement programs for the identification and development of high potential talent - to build a pipeline of future leaders for the company.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Effectiveness, Industrial Psychology or related fields.
Minimum of 8 years experiences in HR Management; ER, Recruitment, Change Management and Culture.
Labor Unions negotiation experience
Good command of spoken and written English
Enthusiastic and open-minded personality.
