Job description

Formulate strategy of corporate HR to support mission and strategy of company effectively.
Setting budget of corporate HR and general administrative.
Plan and implement execution of HR priorities that align with business objectives while providing value as business partner to growing the business.
Responsible for all HR functions in both HR Management and HR Development.
Provide advice to the HR policies to ensure the competitiveness and legal compliance.
Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement motivation and preservation of human capital.
Manage and control manpower planning, improve staffing strategy and being responsible for the on-boarding process.
Act as consult and adviser for the employees in order to have a good working environment.
Oversee structure of salary, benefits and other with all necessary regulation.
Support recruitment needs from end to end, includes selecting, interviewing process and making recommendation regarding candidates experience and background.
Collaborate with Head of Business Units both in Thailand and investment countries.
Manage general administrative works of headquarters.

Requirements

Master’s degree from abroad is an advantage.
At least 10 years of HR functions in both HRM and HRD.
Experience in MNC is a must.
Proficient in labor law.
Excellent skills in strategic orientation, business acumen, decision quality, drive engagement and develop talent.
Ability to be Hand-on and work well in team.
Ability to analyze and generate new ideas.
Excellent communication in English.
