Job description

As a Sales Manager, your responsibilities are;
Accountable for overall sales performance in Thailand
Report direct to the CEO
Develop and execute the sales strategy in Thailand to ensure the achievement of sales targets
Execute marketing campaigns in alignment with company objectives
Co-develop business plans with customers to achieve win/win growth objectives to secure long term partnerships
Provide strong sales leadership to support sales team development through joint coaching calls, sales training and performance management
Be an advocate for sales excellence and drive continuous improvement of the sales process to increase sales efficiency
Utilize CRM system to support the sales strategy development & visit management process to ensure efficient territory coverage from the sales team
Identify growth opportunities and develop initiatives to increase the share of wallet with customers and to penetrate new doors in assigned territory
Conduct data analysis, sales reporting, budgeting and forecasting as required by the senior management team to ensure smooth sales operations
Lead regular sales meetings to resolve issues and capitalize on opportunities
Work with all other functions to ensure the customer experience is best in class
The fundamental objective for the successful applicant is that all initiatives must lead to improved sales performance via; Top line sales growth, increased sales per rep & increased profitability per rep


10 years of sales experience with at least 3 years of hands-on sales management level, business development &/or key account management experience
Possess at least a business level of English
Prior experience with salesforce or SAP and adept with effectiveness principles
Direct sales experience and established networks in Bangkok and its vicinity area
Broad-based understanding of sales incentive, reporting, planning, quota, territory, forecasting, process, and talent issues specifically related to Regional Thailand markets
Computer literacy in office, particularly in word, excel, and PowerPoint
Knowledge of the Retail or FMCG or vision care industry with strong networking and influencing skills
