• Coordinates activities of one or more departments in the project such as project-engineering, project-operational team, marketing & sales team, or a major business organization.
• To aids management level in formulating and administering in healthcare aspect by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate managers.
• Participates in formulating and administering in healthcare of the project, directing and coordinating all divisional department activities to develop and work together.
• Reviews, coordinating to analyses of activities, costs, operations and forecast data to determine progress toward stated project goals and objectives in healthcare business
• Confers with the chief administrative officer / consultants and other administrative personnel to review detail / manage / establish and operate the project
• Develops, reviews, updates and implements project strategic planning, including operations, sales, financial issue and new product / service development
• Oversee operations, processes, collect data & analysis
• Reviews operations and plans to meet requirements for sales planning / operation planning / HR / and to ascertain manufacturing or outsourcing requirements
• Reviews and coordinately preparation of accounting analysis for budgetary planning and implementation, financial reporting, budgetary planning and submittal for capital expenditures
